Project Administrator – 6 month FTC | Hatfield | £25k-£28k

We have an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and very successful company based in Hatfield on a 6 month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to help deliver the most ambitious change projects the company have ever undertaken.  You will be instrumental in helping to deliver on time, high quality, affordable services to internal and external customers.   

 In return you will get exposure to the entirety of the Operations end-to-end processes and have the opportunity to influence how they deliver results to over 3.6 million customers!

 You will have the chance to be part of the company’s improvement journey and learn some of the tools, techniques and methods of process improvement.

 Key responsibilities

  • Updating reports using MS Excel

  • Processing project based administration

  • Prioritise the daily project workload so that all activities are planned, scheduled and executed

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that deliverables and planned activity is completed on time

  • Establish a regular rhythm of activity, reporting and issue resolution

  • Manage stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the project work

 What the employer is looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years administration experience

  • Projects experience is beneficial but not essential

  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and listening skills, able to liaise with key internal stakeholders

  • Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload to meet the needs of the plan.

  • Good knowledge and experience in using MS Office and other IT systems – MS Project desirable.

  • The ability to work in a disciplined and planned manner is essential

  • Produce status reports

  • Capture and input accurate information onto various systems
