Our client is looking for candidates who have worked in a marketing function, ideally for a retail brand.

You will be supporting the marketing and promotional activity of the brand; this exciting role focuses primarily on the implementation of the retail marketing strategy to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:
Development of individual store marketing strategies, tailoring to their needs and related demographic development
Regular liaison with centre management, working collaboratively to ensure strong brand exposure in each centre, including promotional, media campaigns and web profiles
Setting up a rolling call programme to check in with each centre’s marketing team
Proactively working with each centre to ensure the brand is optimally represented, ensuring visual consistency across all retail locations
Identifying local press opportunities for each store across social media, radio, magazines, podcasts, blogs etc
Propose marketing ideas to the Head of Marketing tailored to individual retail locations, considering local market nuances
Work with the Graphic Designer to propose appealing in-store displays, window presentations, and POS signage
Enhance the in-store shopping experience through customer engagement initiatives, such as personalized shopping assistance, styling sessions, competitions, or loyalty programs
Weekly liaison with the Buying & Merchandising team on product sales information to ensure the appropriate products are always featured in marketing plans
Using the Critical Path Analysis (CPA) document for outlet store new product launches
Creating data reports on promotional code usage in-store
Periodic analysis of existing customer segments as part of reactivation campaigns
Weekly reporting to the Head of Marketing of previous weeks’ achievements, footfall, forward plans and facilitating sign-off for promotions
Propose weekly findings to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies
Weekly report on all influencer activity, showing the ability to keep on top of targets and goals for products sent out, and content featured
Monitor community engagement, reporting on influencer post engagement

A marketing degree or relevant qualifications
An interest in fashion with an innate understanding of brand credentials
Strong time management and planning skills
Commercial approach with a good understanding brand values
Able to work collaboratively and demonstrate initiative
Strong relationship development skills
Excellent presentation skills - in person and on paper
Strong questioning, listening and analytical skills
Accurate, with an attention to detail in their use of English
Strong IT skills and confident in Excel
