A growing and successful company are looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy office in a temp to perm opportunity.

You will be working within a friendly and down to earth team in a busy, varied and interesting role where you will be supporting the management team and the office with administration!

Working within an ever changing and exciting industry with some big customers the company offer expertise and decades of experience in their field.
 
The offices are based on the outskirts of St Albans so a car driver is essential.

Key responsibilities:

•    Supporting the management team for general admin requests
•    Travel and Hotel booking
•    Setting up meetings and organising lunches
•    Booking of meeting rooms
•    Supporting the business admin team
•    Generating and running reports
•    Compliance checks and auditing
•    Recruitment support and advertising
•    Visa applications for travel

What the client are looking for:
•    A minimum of 2 years administrative/support experience
•    Be capable of working within a pressurised environment
•    Have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, staff and management at all levels is essential
•    Proven competency in IT skills (Word, Excel, E-mail and Databases)
•    High level of numeric skills
•    Good written and oral communication skills
•    Self-motivated to work independently
•    Attention to Detail, organised thorough and methodical
