Customer Service Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity to join a large and very successful company based in Hatfield, for a 12 month maternity contract.

They are looking for an experienced candidate to provide a first class customer service and administration service while growing and building relationships with the customers. You will be provided with excellent training and great benefits!

Key responsibilities:
•    First point of contact for all customer enquiries, responding as appropriate
•    Maintaining accurate databases, including CRM and company website
•    Processing customer’s claims and credits
•    Manage customer orders from start to finish
•    Processing new applications and upgrades for existing customers
•    Coding of invoices through the in-house system
•    Develop close working relationships both internally and externally

What the client is looking for:
•    1 to 2 years customer service experience
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Good administration and organisational skills
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
•    Flexible and adaptable
•    IT literate, including Word, Outlook and Excel
•    Knowledge in CRM and SAP systems
