Brand Communications Manager

You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and Fundraising,  responsible for managing the process with the stakeholders, implementing a PR and Communications strategy, including campaign planning, content strategy and brand positioning; developing appropriate innovation strategies, and also conceptualizing and implementing new offerings.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in multi-channel content creation, working to measurable targets and deadlines, strong project management skills, good communication, and Excel skills.

Key responsibilities:
•    Research and market analysis
•    Brand positioning, campaign planning, and content strategy
•    Creativity and innovation; you will be able to lead creative workshops
•    You will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
•    You will launch campaigns, and deliver projects
•    Working with senior colleagues to set strategic visions on projects
•    Use data and insights to help build strategy and develop creative propositions
•    Setting objectives, defining activities, fees, and timings
•    You will liaise with key stakeholders via email, video calls, and face to face meetings
•    Spearhead to organisations though leadership output
 

What the client are looking for:
•    Educated to degree standard or equivalent
•    Computer literate and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and data entry
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Enthusiastic team player, but also able to work on own initiative
•    Experience of working and delivering to targets and deadlines
•    Developed editorial and creative skills
•    Client or customer facing experience
•    Knowledge or experience of working in the charity or not for profit sector would be desirable
