We’re recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join a friendly, supportive team of 6 in a successful growing business, based in Hatfield.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll be managing key brands of the business, liaising with stakeholders and providing general marketing support, including online/digital requirements.

Key responsibilities:
•    Develop and manage the digital and social media strategies alongside the Senior Marketing Executive, including designing creative for organic and paid campaigns
•    Create and implement digital campaign plans
•    Manage, monitor and optimise all digital campaigns to meet specific objectives and KPIs
•    Monitor and analyse social media progress using reporting metrics and tools to inform campaign optimisation
•    Use content marketing and copywriting techniques and strategies to create engaging content to attract the target audience
•    Promote branded and amplified PR and promotional content to relevant audiences
•    Use technical SEO and website development knowledge to optimise the user experience of websites and campaign pages, increase organic search engine visibility, and generate high quality traffic
•    Use the email marketing platform to devise automated campaigns using data intelligence from the integrated CRM platform
•    Work with the Digital Marketing Assistant to manage video content development across brand portfolios
•    Provide creative and innovative recommendations for new campaigns to support the digital strategy
•    Stay on top of the contemporary marketing and competitive landscape, including the latest industry trends in digital optimisation, and implement best practice in day-to-day activity

What the client are looking for:
•    Educated to degree level with at least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a marketing environment
•    Experience in taking projects/marketing collateral requirements from development through to completion
•    Good understanding of the sales process
•    Experience in the B2B market is desirable
•    IT literate
•    Self-starter, enthusiastic and driven
•    Excellent communication skills in interpreting and understanding a wide range of services and markets
•    Able to communicate at every level, with both colleagues and external clients and suppliers
•    Shows initiative and creativity
