Sales Executive, Capability Green (Luton)
Due to recent expansion, our successful client are seeking a new Sales Executive to join their business, based in Capability Green.

The company offer innovative software solutions to clients across the world. They empower businesses to grow and maximise their full potential by using specialised data and software engineering, and managed services.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be working closely with the Business Development Director to develop the UK customer pipeline and provide sales support to help close new business deals.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Developing a sales pipeline for UK market
•    Prospecting, qualifying and scheduling appointments for field sales
•    Conducting follow-up support for sales
•    Managing and overseeing sales process and events
•    Responding to customer enquiries professionally and timely
•    Assisting with the closing of sales from new and existing customers
•    Liaising with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth handover of new customers
•    Consistently provide management, competitor activity and marketplace reports and innovations in identifying, prospecting and closing new sales opportunities
•    Promote products and services at events and exhibitions
•    Accurate and timely quotations, both verbal and written

What they’re looking for:
•    At least 1 year of experience in a sales, telesales or similar position
•    An understanding of the technology sector including Web applications, Mobile apps, Web search would be advantageous, or positive willingness to learn
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Great organisation and diary management skills
•    Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
•    Team player, flexible approach and strategic thinker
•    Proactive and independent worker
•    Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, CRM experience
•    Previous achievement against commercial sales targets

Salary: £24k + OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
