Business Administrator/PA

We are recruiting for an experienced administrator/PA to join a fun, young, dynamic company currently going through rapid expansion due to great success!

Key Responsibilities:
•    Diary management, scheduling meetings and liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the world
•    Managing travel requirements such as booking hotels, flights etc.
•    Assisting with the preparation of presentations and documents
•    Attending meetings, drafting agendas and minutes
•    Managing any information which may be of a confidential/sensitive nature, ensuring it is communicated properly within and outside the organisation
•    General admin including writing letters/emails, answering the phone, processing expense claims
•    Assisting with recruitment, including being the first point of contact for agencies and creating job descriptions
•    Helping with collation of raw data from internal and external sources and produce spreadsheets/reports as appropriate
•    Assisting with internal standard operation procedures, data protection and privacy policies

What they’re looking for:
•    At least 2 years’ experience within a similar admin support or PA position
•    A confident, self-motivated candidate with great organisational and prioritising skills
•    Willing to learn and a pro-active and positive attitude towards work
•    Flexible approach and ability to think outside the box
•    Well-presented and professional manner
•    Meticulous with great attention to detail
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm; 1 hour for lunch

Salary: £18k - £25k (dependent on experience)
