Customer Service Administrator

Our successful and expanding client are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company based in Elstree.

The salary is £19k with amazing benefits, including 25 days holiday, discretionary performance bonus, pension and free parking!

You will be joining a team of supportive, upbeat and hard-working colleagues, where you will take on extra responsibility as you grow and develop within the role.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for dealing with enquiries, order processing and providing an excellent service to B2B wholesale customers and distributers
•    Handling telephone calls, emails, and letters
•    Your role will be key liaising between the client and the customer
•    Processing price and availability checks coupled with composing quotations based on sales orders and invoices
•    Handling invoice queries and escalating concerns
•    Stock analysis and subsequent ordering
•    Warehouse inbound, outbound and stock related duties to cover busier periods and holiday
