You will be supporting Account Managers in providing a dedicated and loyal service to a group of high-profile clients, looking into how they can drive and increase their business performance and profit from analysing results of customer and employee satisfaction surveys and reporting your findings.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, excel at time management and balancing multiple priorities, focuses on the details, and likes a challenge!

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyse, specify, and validate projects
•    Communicate findings to team members to improve customer satisfaction
•    Able to problem solve clients’ needs
•    Create, maintain, and update documentation to ensure accuracy of survey and/or reporting deliverables
•    Execute quality control tests using in-house systems and utilise automated tests to validate deliverables with support
•    Utilize internal tools to design surveys and reporting systems
•    Multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines on multiple projects
•    Project manage day-to-day tasks

Person Specific:
•    Degree-level education is essential
•    At least 1 year’s office-based experience ideally
•    Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
•    Problem solver and critical thinker
•    Ability to self-motivate, manage own time and multi-task
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Proactive and uses initiative
•    Strong technical ability with an interest in technology and systems
•    Excellent Attention to detail - you will be responsible for quality control of your projects and the accountability for accuracy of surveys

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm / 9am – 6pm – flexibility to travel abroad

Salary: £23k depending on experience
