Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator!

This an exciting time to join a forward-thinking and rapidly growing company based in St Albans. This role is extremely fast paced and not for the faint hearted!

You will be the first point of contact for all customers, external sales executives and warehouse team.

You will be managing large scale projects, you will be expected to deal with all manners of different queries, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.  Working in a high pressure environment, you will form part of an integral team that works together to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Liaising with customers, maintaining high standard of customer service
•    Order processing
•    Bridging the gap between warehouse and external sales team
•    Managing customers delivery requirements
•    Generating quotes
•    Supporting external sales executives

Person Specific:
•    2+ years administrative experience in sales support/customer focused role
•    Experience juggling and prioritising a busy workload
•    Confident communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
•    Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
•    Attention to detail to accuracy
•    Competent MS Office including Excel
•    Strong team player!
•    Ability to work under pressure

Salary: £20k–£25k depending on experience

Hours: 8am – 6pm
