Working in lovely large open plan offices, you’ll be joining a sociable and hardworking team, and a great company who offer many great perks!

You’ll be providing administrative support to a team of 7, covering all aspects for which the department has responsibility, in particular to assist with company fleet and mobile phone provision, enabling the department to deliver first class cost-effective facilities management across all of their UK sites.

This is a fast-paced role where you will need to be able to multi-task and prioritise. Supported by a great manager, with an inclusive and encouraging approach.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide end-to-end administrative support on company vehicle fleet
•    Support maintenance activity
•    Assist with the mobile phone provision and assist with on-going user support
•    Support H&S training and regulatory adherence
•    Provide reception cover for breaks and for any planned/unplanned absence
•    Occasional project work
•    Support all departmental activity during staff absences
•    Respond to telephone enquiries
•    Monitor the shared mailbox

Person Specific:
•    Proven administrative experience within a busy team or similar demanding administration role
•    High level of customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
•    Strong data management skills required - particularly using MS Excel
•    IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
•    Enjoys task ownership and responsibility
•    Committed to see tasks through to a successful conclusion
•    Great organisational skills with the ability to plan and schedule numerous requirements
•    Ability to work well and maintain calm whilst under pressure
•    Driving license (full) essential for occasional travel to regional offices

Salary: £21k - £23k + achievable £3k bonus
