French Speaking Customer Service Administrator - temp to perm

Our client, based in Hemel Hempstead, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who enjoys building client relationships and managing their own assigned accounts, on a temp-to-perm basis.

A varied position covering day-to-day sales order processing and customer service activities, you will be responsible for looking after the accounts for France, along with managing requirements in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
•Managing assigned accounts and providing cover to team accounts when required
•Sales order processing, including returns and credits
•Providing reports to customers, highlighting stock and order updates
•Liaising and updating field managers on any account or stock issues
•Answering any customer queries via phone, email or letter
•Responding to enquiries via the online function
•Managing mailboxes
•Processing invoices and confirmations of shipped orders
•Aftersales support

Person Specific:
•Experience in a similar customer service role
•Fluent in English and French, in both written and verbal communication
•Good at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Works well under pressure
•Highly organised with strong attention to detail
•Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel (intermediate level)
•Strong time management

Salary: £25k (if made permanent)
